1) All orders (Except Books and Magazines) ordered within 11 am in any working day will be shipped on the next working day except under Force Majeure conditions.
2) All Books and Magazines will shipped after Order day + 2 working days basis except under Force Majeure conditions.
3) Any order done on Sundays or any govt notified holidays will be shipped on next working day except under Force Majeure conditions.
4) Orders will be shipped by IndiaPost or any recognised courier service.
5) Intimation on shipment of order will be done by email / text message.
6) Any order can be cancelled before shipment is done. Payments will be refunded within 5 working days of cancellation of order. Any order intimated for cancellation after shipment will referred to as per ‘Returns and Refund Policy’.
